EM Ford

A family business translated into a national-caliber brand

EM Ford has been in the business of relationships since 1925. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a full-service firm offering insurance and financial planning across a range of clients — but the family-business sensibility has never left. Their real currency isn't product offerings; it's trust built over generations. As they looked toward the next chapter, they needed a brand that could carry that legacy forward.

Define

Like the best professional service firms, EM Ford's greatest differentiator isn't a product or a process, it's their people. The firm had built nearly a century of loyalty on personal connection, frank conversation, and a genuine commitment to their clients' futures. Our goal was to translate a deeply human culture into a visual and verbal identity worthy of the next generation.

Design

The mark is built on their name — their strongest asset — updated for a new more digital chapter and grounded by a decisive underscore that signals stability and forward momentum. Colors are elegant and contemporary, reflecting the sophisticated clientele they serve. Photography features real people in frank conversation, avoiding the use of typical cramped office imagery. Language follows suit: direct, warm, and confident. Every element champions the people inside the firm.

Deliver

Across brand guidelines, a refreshed website, and a full suite of marketing materials, EM Ford now has an identity that honors a hundred years of relationship-driven work — and positions them for the century ahead.
