Anue Lifestyle: Steadying the routine
When life shifts due to a medical diagnosis or aging, the logistical weight often overshadows the human connection. Many families and caregivers find themselves drowning in "administrative exhaustion," forced to act as project managers rather than loved ones. Anue was born to solve this crisis, providing a high-touch support system that steps into the gap between healthcare systems and home life.
We partnered with Anue to build a brand capable of carrying this complexity for families. Our goal was to ensure that even when circumstances change, the daily routine stays steady and the focus remains on personal connection.

Define
Building a brand for a startup requires a balance of strategic precision and long-term flexibility. We first collaborated with the Anue team through our "Brand Warm-up" workshop to distinguish their model from traditional home health services. We quickly learned that while home health reacts to clinical needs, Anue proactively manages the lifestyle logistics that surround them.
Through these sessions, we identified their unique niche in premium care management that meets clients where they are, during any stage of life. We defined a strategic foundation that moved the conversation away from a "medical maze" and toward "lifestyle advocacy," positioning Anue as a personal champion who protects autonomy by lifting the mental load of coordination.


Design
Because we were building the brand from the ground up, the design needed to be foundational yet flexible enough to evolve with the company. The centerpiece of the visual identity is a logo that represents "closing the loop" — a geometric symbol of Anue’s ability to fill gaps and provide a seamless bridge for their clients. We paired this with a muted palette of greys and blues to create a visual environment that feels calm, paced, and premium.
The verbal identity established Anue as a "compassionate champion" through three pillars: leading with heart, staying ahead, and navigating the path forward. By replacing clinical jargon with lifestyle-centric terms, we made sure the voice remained empathetic yet authoritative. This established a communication standard for a trusted partner who anticipates obstacles, providing the clarity and follow-through necessary for a startup to earn long-term trust.

Deliver
A brand is only as effective as the tools it provides to the team. We delivered a comprehensive brand system, including full guidelines and a website that directly reflects their services: intuitive, clear, and unburdened by noise.
By aligning their identity with their proactive model, Anue is now positioned as the primary bridge between a plan and a result. The result is a premium brand that proves when your life shifts, your routine — and your momentum — can stay exactly where they belong.
